PD Day

We used our BBQ for the first time of the year last night. Tony came over for dinner and mommy made burgers. Boy were they yummy! After dinner we went out to St Laurent. I get so bored with shopping. Mommy needed to get new shoes and they didn't have any anywhere. I wanted her to get the cool ones with the springs but she said they were too expensive. But we found a nice pair of jeans for me at Children's Place and some new Curious George underwear. Too cool! And mommy finally found some running shoes but by that time it was like 8pm. I thought it felt like the middle of the night on our drive home. So I got to bed a little late.

But did I sleep in this morning?? Nope...up at 5:45. Silly me! We had a quiet morning doing some laundry and playing and then it was off to my parent/teacher interview with mommy. Daddy was too busy at work today. We had a great chat with Mrs Hamilton and mommy got to see my finished Nursey Rhyme book...it is so neat!! And I made it all myself!! We still have to work on numbers 7-10 at home and almost all of my letter sounds but we'll get there. I think next year I'm going to stay in the english program with Mrs Dudar and then in Grade 1 go into french.
